Our Story

We live in a world surrounded by technology.  We created IT HomeTech Support to give home users the support they need, when they it and at reasonable prices. 

The founder of IT HomeTech Support left managing IT at Schools and Businesses across the UK after 10 years to focus on providing excellent support to end users directly. The advantage is that the majority of support can be done remotely saving you time and money

IT HomeTech Support is based in Reading, Berkshire. We have 5 technical engineers working remotely across the UK.


Our Vision

Our vision is clear. We are here to provide everyday end users with IT Technical Support and Services.

This can be anything from help setting up a new laptop or PC to installing software or setting up a printer.

If it's IT related and you need support then we are here to help.

We keep things simple so you don't have to worry about any technical jargon.

We aim to beat prices and save you trips to PCworld! No jargon, No sales pitch. Just simple honest support.


The most common issue we face today is technology. 

Here at IT HomeTech Support we understand that not everyone knows a lot about it.

We help by providing support & training on a personal level with no task too big or small!

We offer telephone and remote support. If your device needs to visit our workshop we will arrange a courier to collect at no extra cost.

We are open 7 Days a week from 9am to 8pm.

We can offer support and advice for any IT related problem for the end  user. Just bought a new laptop? Can't get Outlook to load? Perhaps you don't want to pay full price for Office 365 License. 

You need advice on hardware or you just started working from home and want to know what technology you require? You would like some software installing?

All our resolutions are tailored to the individual customer and sometimes it just as simple as booking a half hour call with us to guide you through.

Submit an online request, filling in as much information as possible. A member of our Team will reach out and provide a tailored price to get your issue resolved. If you accept, a timeslot will be offered for an engineer to carry out the work.  We aim to get 98% of all support requests resolved the same day at no extra cost!


We can work around you with flexible dates and times. We offer a 6 & 12 month support plan that covers up to 10 and 20 support requests in each period for peace of mind. Ask about our HomePro Support package for more info.
